I'm not really sure what I was expecting with this book but it certainly wasn't that. Some parts were really good and those parts and the fast pace were what kept me reading it. I know communication skills were a big character flaw in the book but dang it got a bit repetitive with the assumptions and lack of communication on both ends, especially towards the end. I do love how there was no pressure for the FMC and the boundaries were set and accepted. The MMC had a unique set of hobbies and skills and had a soft and caring heart. He definitely had his flaws and they were reflected throughout the book. The ending just felt a bit rushed and the epilogue seemed pointless. It would've been better without an epilogue or a completely different one to begin with. I understand the point of the book but it also just didn't have much of a plot to begin with that lined up with the events of the story.
