I’m simply in awe. My new favorite trilogy. So beautiful. SO WELL WRITTEN.
My soul hurt while reading this book.
This TRILOGY. I felt FEELINGS. I was more invested in these characters and their insane plot line than I’ve been in any book in a VERY long time. Rielle is one of the most beautifully flawed characters on THE PLANET and I LOVE HER SO MUCH IT PHYSICALLY HURTS ME. Eliana? THE GROWTH. THE LOVE.
FLIPPING AUDRIC? LUDIVINE? SIIIIIMMMOOOONN?
I could write essays on why my heart loved and hurt and cheered for them.
Remy, Zahra, Navi, Evyline…side characters for the absolute WIN.
Also Corriene ranks up there with Umbridge for the most AMAZINGLY evil and “love to hate” character ever.
The magic is wonderful. The world of angels and marques and elementals and gods beasts and saints and castings and dragons and mind speak and empirium and different POV chapters and constant time jumping was….Better than drugs.
I have so much love for this book/trilogy. The end.
