I was disappointed by this story. I guess that’s my fault for trying to like a story about a man teaching someone to love (a trope I hate) but I really did not enjoy this one. For so many reasons, the main characters did not seem compatible at all and they consistently ran into issues that they will likely run into again but they just kinda gave up arguing them?? I enjoyed the writing but the story was lacking. I’ll try another one of her books.
