I loved this book so much that I would rather go read the next book right now rather than figuring out my thoughts! 😄 I can't tell if I loved it more than the Great Hunt, but it's bigger, has a lot more going on and has enough moments to make you filled with awe. You get to see everyone you knew from Emond's field becoming even more 'badass' than before and I get the impression it's only gonna get better. I love Rand's point of view the most because regardless of his thoughts, we are also in the dark when it comes to his plans, just like everyone else around him and the tension keeps rising as story progresses. The antagonists aren't cookie-cutter anymore either as we get to see (view spoiler)Compared to Dragon Reborn's pace however, this one goes back to extreme descriptive mode again and you may find that the book is bigger than it should be, but that wasn't a problem for me. But yes, I think it's a favorite of mine! 😄
