Interesting read. I enjoyed the ending and didn’t really see it coming. I like the exploration of the different layers of relationships and I like the idea of considering all the different courses our lives could take.
I like that it was revealed that Janie had a disease. It makes it easier to absolve John-Paul and think that it was a mistake. A terrible one, but it adds a layer.
