Marx Girl by T.L. Swan
4.0
So I previously gushed over the Stanton Series and this basically the next story of another couple in the Stanton world.
For 5 years Bridget still doesnโt know why Ben would say he loved her yet leave herโฆ then he shows up in her life again and wants her back because he cant live without her. Gawd the agony of 5 years!!
But through out, thereโs lots of grovelling, lots of suspense, lots of fighting and a lot of open door scenes ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ phew ๐ฅต who doesnโt like make up time ๐
There were times where Bridget did get a bit annoying, but I did love her sass! ๐
And as much as Ben was too righteous and controlling at times, you cant help but love that broken soul ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
This book could be read as a standalone, but so much better if you read the Stanton Series first, because thats where Ben and Bridgetโs story really starts and it just gives you more context!
