Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain

5.0

Quiet was an insightful read into my own mind as well as those around me. I kept reading the book and having these movements of clarity where I was like "that's so me!" (Hint: anyone who wants to try and figure me out, a good place to start is this book)

Cain's book is easy to read and has valid points for anyone who does read it. From a management perspective it can show you ways in which you can get the best out of those you oversee and from an everyday person point of view you can learn more about yourself and the people you interact with.

The anecdotes and lessons in the book are pleasant making it not just a technical read.
