Cute for a cheesy, hallmark style story. Personally I thought the pacing was off and I found the main character insufferable. The book takes place over a year, so it wasn’t as focused on autumn/Halloween as I was hoping. Yes there was a witch but I got zero descriptions of the cute cozy town they live in—where are the jack o lanterns and the trees turning orange?
