I thought I was obsessed with this series before. I don't know what comes after "obsessed" because that's where I'm at--I LOVED this one.

Allie is preparing to go off to college and get out of her small town in North Carolina. She’s got Simon, her *amazing* boyfriend there to support her, and her wonderful housekeeper Rhea to keep things in order. But of course, life finds a way to make everything suck, and her past comes back to haunt her, while threatening to ruin everything. Allie must learn the truth of who she is and come into her power to not just save herself, but save Gabriel (yes, the angel!), Simon, and quite literally the world.

I love Allie, Rebecca, and Simon so much. We need to throw Simon up with the top tier Bookstagram/booktok boyfriends IMMEDIATELY. The angels are some of my favorite characters ever written, and I LOVED the way Gabriel was developed! The jury is still out on how I feel about him and the rest of the angels.

I literally had no clue where we were going with this one, and I loved it! I had to dig deep to my Catholic CCD days to remember some of my religious history, and it all worked so well together. I can’t wait for everyone to read it when it comes out, because I think this is going to be my personality for the next year. I'm definitely going to be thinking about that epilogue for a while and WHAT DOES IT MEAN.

Read if you love:
🗡️ Angels and Demons
🗡️ Witches and Magic
🗡️ Mythology
🗡️ Found Family
🗡️ Women Kicking Ass
🗡️ And if you LOVED Supernatural, Buffy, Angel, or Charmed!

Thank you so much Cassandra for absolutely breaking me with this one with an ARC early so I can recover in time to help everyone else through it on release day!

Brb, going to impatiently wait for book 3.
