AND WE MADE IT TO THE END!! Well this series has been one hell of a rollercoaster. Holy hell. From the bet, to Tessa’s father, to Hardin’s fathers, and everything in between, I really didn’t think I’d be here to see the conclusion. I’m impressed really that all of the angst and back and forth of the first three books didn’t send me over the deep end. I mean, I’m all for drama and angst, but this series must hold a record for the amount of it that it has. Now don’t get me wrong, I finished the series, so I obviously liked it. I don’t mean to sit here and bash it, but I want people to know what they’re getting into when they choose to pick up this series. If teenage drama and family problems aren’t your cup of tea, then I suggest not reading this series. If that is your cup of tea, then by all means see what all the fuss is about.
I’m impressed with how the series progressed rather quickly in this book compared to the few months that pass in the span of the previous three books. I mean we went from 6ish months to years. And I loved it because we were able to see how Tessa and Hardin grew and matured, not just as a couple but as individuals as well. I complained about the back and forth for most of the series, but I’m so happy I stuck with it until the end. HESSA FOR THE WIN!!
