This story made me feel all warm and fuzzy (occasionally rolling my eyes smirking and smiling). The MC’s are so cute and their dynamic + banter (THE QUESTIONS) is everything. It kinda feels like 2 piece of puzzles that complete each other, figuratively and literally.

The intimacy is the most realistic intimate thing I have ever read (and that’s after reading quite a bit of dark romance mafia and sports romance, mind you). Only thing I would have liked is maybe a dual POV cause idk sometimes the affection felt so one sided. Loved this better than Next of Kin, maybe I should have read this first…but I won’t doubt you again Hannah!

The ending - my heart melted. Lol but me does think that Bo is that man in finance that has a breeding fetish.

THIS SCENE JUST DESERVES TO BE HIGHLIGHTED:

Bo moves to the foot of the bed, standing only in his black trousers. I watch as he takes off three rings without removing his eyes from my body. The rings clatter to the floor around his feet, but he doesn’t seem to care where they fall.

I rise onto my elbows, grinning in satisfaction at how Bo’s hair is already sticking up on all ends. It only gets messier as he rakes his hands through it again.

He’s losing his mind over me.

“Win,” he says, my name an anguished plea, shaking his head. “Fucking look at you.”
