Inside Out by Maria V. Snyder
5.0
"Maximum damage. It was the beginning of the end. Either we would fail or not. At least we could say we tried."
I read the first two books of Snyder's study series and I wasn't overly fond of them so I was reluctant to buy this book, the first in a new series. But I am so glad I did! This book has so many twists and turns it's insane!
Trella is a scrub, considered the lowest of the low to the Uppers of the Inside and treated like slaves, she keeps to herself and likes being left alone but when curiosity gets the best of her she finds herself being the new 'leader' and hope for the rest of the scrubs looking to get to the Outside.
I was absolutely captivated with this book and the lead female, a strong young girl that reminds me a little of Katniss from the Hunger Games.
This book had the BEST twist towards the end, the best one I've ever read. If you like the Hunger Games trilogy you will LOVE this book!
I can't wait to read the sequel! I just have to wait until July for it to be released
