I enjoyed the premise of the book. A possible vampire moving into the rich, white, suburban neighborhood on the South? I think Grady Hendrix did a great job to slightly poke fun of southern women while also praising them. There was a lot of situational comedy, body horror, regular horror, and laughter. Most importantly, it's the friends we make along the way....

If you're a fan of true crime, I think this is a great read. Women are simply the best.
