Slow paced, easy read, informative from the POV of a woman who has schizophrenia. Good if you want to learn more about the individual’s POV from psychiatric disorders rather than clinical/textbook POV. The way she incorporated family members, friends, and healthcare professionals perspective was interesting. Too slow for my liking.
