Happiness: The Novel Formerly Known as Generica by Will Ferguson

2.0

Funny premise. But the characters are so thinly sketched that they can't hold up the plot. Not to say that the author doesn't write well in the sense of being readable, however it's only amusing (if you laugh easily, better yet, really easily, this might be for you). If the characters were more than two-dimensional, this would have more bite. Instead, about a quarter or one-third of the way through, I no longer had reason to care.
