I’m noting that I am not the exact target audience of this specific title, so for that reason the score is a little higher to take that piece into account. That being said there are some parts where cliches and tropes come off as decently used, there are others where they feel like they have been thrown in for the sake of being almost like a Romance buzzword. There were also times where the characters were making me have second hand embarrassment which is fine, just some for the choices they made were not great (and could have been solved with better communication). Overall, still a cuter story and I can understand its appeal (but also again some of y’all need to COMMUNICATE). Most of my critiques come from looking at the plot points and writing style not necessarily the characters.
