Israel Keyes was one fucked up dude, no doubt about it. He kidnapped, tortured and murdered at least three people and possibly eight, and when he was captured, boasted of detailed, country-wide plans that included "kill caches" of weapons and tools. He clearly enjoyed stalking and capturing, then debasing his victims. The story American Predator is as a presentation of his confessions, since only the body of his final victim was found, and the personalities of the law enforcement professionals who teased information from a very crafty, dangerous, scary man.
