Winner of the National Book Award: A Novel of Fame, Honor, and Really Bad Weather by Jincy Willett

I absolutely loved this. A fresh, completely original satire that not only entertains the whole way through but also amazes in terms of incredible writing. It's laugh out loud funny, but is also compelling in terms of its plot that involves two sisters who have a hard time living with or without each other. I discovered this through an Entertainment Weekly article about great books that you've never heard of but should know about. It's hard to believe that I hadn't heard of it previously, but I'm really glad that I discovered it!
