This was a very informative book about a locked monastery with monks that make one of a kind chants that can change anyone, even themselves to commit murder.  This book does keep you guessing for a long time. The author did everything correct on the ending, like clearing up all the questions asked, even the who done it one. I'm just up set still wanting answers for a character that was undone at the end.
