Dark Places by Gillian Flynn

5.0

Dark and brutal mystery about a murder of a family. Libby, the only surviving family member, seeks to find the truth about who murdered her mother and 2 sisters. Her brother was charged with the crime, based upon testimony from a then 7 year old Libby and circumstantial evidence.

The point of view shifts from chapter to chapter, as we hear from Libby now and her brother and mother in 1985 on the day of the murders.

As with any great mystery, you're sucked into the plot, the lives of the characters and ultimately finding out the truth.

Recommended.
