The Marching Season by Daniel Silva

2.0

It was Silva's Gabriel Allen books that got me hooked on him as an author, and while it was pleasant to see some early sketches of later characters, and to enjoy Allon's skillful character development, where the protagonists aren't all saint and the antagonists aren't all sinner, the stories of this and The Mark of the Assassin just weren't as complex and felt like any other run of the mill spy novel.
