Tropes: Paranormal Romance and Why Choose

This book wasn't bad, it was just kinda boring and I honestly have no idea what's happening with the world and magic system. Honestly, if I was asked what the four men are and what the trials are, I would have no idea how to answer you because I don't know… like at all.
I also don't really care about the characters and the romance between them and the main character (who I have no idea what to call her). I also feel no chemistry between the characters outside of her relationship with Ezekiel, they are by far my favorite romance so far but that's just because I see a little bit of chemistry between them.
The writing in this book is good, but not as good as the other books I've read by this author (AKA the mind fuck series which the author wrote under the pen name S.T. Abby).
I am going to continue with this series because I can see potential and this book is very short only 172 pages and I don't think that is enough to fully decide if this series is good enough.

Overall, this book was okay not the greatest start to a series but good enough.
