Did not finish book. Stopped at 47%.
So this is a book I won't plan on reading until 2023 when more honest reviews come in. Currently the reviews are from reviewers that 5 star this author all the time and think she walks on water. A little rant in how they sugarcoat her stories especially from readers that if they picked up ANY other book that had so little sex and romance, they would 1 star it. lol
This book from what I can tell, has a low romantic storyline and very low steam. Not sure if I will pick this one up or not. Hopefully some more objective honest reviews will come in.
Update: I attempted to read this and to be honest I don’t understand all the reviews that are five stars for this book. From my understanding they are all coming from fans of Sophie Lark who will high rate all of her books and have zero objectivity about them and not be honest about this book. Because if it was any other other they would have DNF this one because of the low steam and lack of romance. This is not a romance or what it was portrayed to be in any way! I was highly disappointed but only gave this about 40% before I decided to let go of it. It’s not worth investing in your time on.
