I like the overall premise of this trilogy a lot. I just think that both the first and second book have been really dense with several gaps in details. While the details are not necessary for the story to progress, it would be nice to have them. For example, understanding the different cities and their strengths and weaknesses. Understanding a bit more about the lightless. Maybe this will all be revealed in the last book, I just wish it had been spread out a bit more. I do enjoy all of the POVs, and the introduction of new characters is pretty seamless. I will still pick up book 3 when it releases.
