So... this was underwhelming. From the number of people and the good grade I thought the book would be better. Unfortunately I didnt like Marco, the main hero.
So he is the alpha (although i felt zero alphaness from him but whatevs) and a dragon, powerful, rich and supposedly super protective, blahblahblah.

Well I call BS.

This man knows his mate is being beat (the f out) by her parents. And instead of saying "we are immediately stopping this" we are going to the cops or to the next fucking dimension or whatever. He leaves her again and again.
He keeps saying "I will protect you nothing will touch you".
Guess what ? She dies.
AND DOES HE LEARN ANYTHING????
DOES HE??

NOOOOOO
This "man" decides that on the same day his mate dies he will take her to LA to show her off.
So. Lets resume. She has been tortured and kept without any information HER ENTIRE LIFE. In a week she goes from seeing the world for the first time while being beat up to having mates, not being human and DYING.
AND THIS ASS thinks to himself "oh yeah I am so protective that the same day she dies, I will bring her to LA to be harrassed by paparazzi and an entire world she has bever seen, plus the dragon council. ".
All because this mf wants to show her off.




I mean... sorry for the rant but whats to love here?
