This was a super enjoyable listen -- LaCour really hit a balance in their writing that I find hard to express, but absolutely love. I appreciated the detail that was given to Emi's role in production design -- I found it really interesting! Definitely also loved the slow-burn of Emi and Ava's relationship, as it was obvious both of them had stuff to work through, so I'm really glad half the book wasn't made up of misunderstandings/miscommunication.
