2 States: The Story of My Marriage by Chetan Bhagat

2.0

When I first read it, I was in eighth grade and I loved it. Somehow it was a time, when we loved to explore Chetan Bhagat's writing and I decided he is the best author ever.

Recently, I read it again, and I cannot believe how stupid 13-year-old must be.
I mean, I love the story, and an Indian will understand it very much. But there was no life in it. According to Bhagat, a set of few romantic and intimate scenes, inspirational quotes here and there and some drama is what comprises a book. A story this good could have been written is a more life-like writing and depth. Such a bland writing along with such characters gives me heart-attacks.

Never going to read Bhagat again.
