I have been very lucky with all of these recent reads - they have been so great! Cheers to another well-done book from C.D. Britt - this is my first read from her, and it will not be the last! Reaper of Chaos is a spicy romantasy dealing with the aspect of the death/reaper spice!! I didn't even know this was a thing, And here we are! I was all for it!
This well-driven plot mixes mythology and fantasy into one solid mold that readers will enjoy and fall right into! The sexual tension between Thanatos and Lira will make your knees weak and mouth-watering. I loved the banter between the two and found myself laughing at Thanatos's words. He met his match with Lira, and I truly appreciated her fierce, strong, confident attitude! Overall, this book has strong character development, thought-out plots, descriptive settings, and hands-down fun and excitement!
