An entertaining story centered around southern housewives and how far they will go to protect their children. The POV being a SAHM was refreshing, and I liked how it highlights the experiences of mothers in a traditional southern community. I enjoyed the story, even though the body horror was a bit much for my taste at times. I definitely plan to read more books by him.
