Cheeky book that describes all the ways we self-sabotage our mood. It uses reverse psychology the whole way, saying things like "if you wanted to feel worse rather than better, what would you do?" which I thought might become confusing to read but it wasn't.
Fun way to approach the issue, it was a fresh take on recontextualizing the way we respond to everyday situations. I liked it!
