I really need to give this another go and i'll probably re-read before the next book comes out. I read this in between my Iron Flame re-read and Onyx storm so my mind was seriously ELSEWHERE.
Honestly I just wasnt hooked on this one. I don't know if it was just too much in-your-face romance? Or just minimal world building/plot?
It was giving me beauty and the beast vibes for like the first half of the book for me lol! Like why was Carrion just Gaston in every sense??
Onyx the Fox was probably the most interesting character for me in all of its 609 pages...sorry. (Fisher was hot though)
