Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.

The writing was challenging for a pretty straight forward plot. I felt like I kept re-reading sentences that were describing mundane things and didn’t need to be over-complicated in such a way. The concept seems really interesting and the characters were intriguing but the writing style just wasn’t my jam.
