Choque de Reyes by George R.R. Martin

4.0

Enjoyed this a lot more the second time around, it does generally pick the most interesting characters and do interesting things with them. Needed more Jaime of course but can't have everything. Except Arya, who is interesting but really doesn't do much except have a crap time. Some good choices by the TV series to simplify her adventures, although I'm glad they then got Roose to pop up more with Robb as he's great. And Dany also is in a pretty boring holding pattern in this book which is a shame. Theon is done so well as a character and in terms of his plot effects, despite barely appearing in book 1.
