We Are The Dead by Mike Shackle is an absolute thrill ride from start to finish. The relentless action and ominous atmosphere kept me on the edge of my seat, make me unable to sit or lay down comfortably due to the adrenaline coursing through the story. Shackle's compelling writing really draws me in, making it irresistible to put the book down.

The characters are well-developed, and the world-building is immersive, adding layers of depth to the intense plot. From gripping atmosphere to heart-pounding moments, every page of this book is a testament to Shackle's talent for storytelling. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can't wait to dive into the next book in the series. Highly recommended for fans of gripping and suspenseful tales.
