I was kinda surprised how much I enjoyed this book. I really loved the characters and how the author explored the complexity of familial issues/addiction. This book definitely had a different tone to the first one as this story was a lot sweeter in my opinion. The whole thing felt very wholesome and I enjoyed the whole thing about found family.
