3.5 stars, which hear me out, I know is a lowish score for me, but I rate this knowing I still will most definitely be reading more work by the author in the future.
The story was weak in a few too many ways for me but it did all come together really nicely in a frankly really cool final act. The romance is so much up my alley and I can easily see the passion the author has for his work so I'm honestly only excited to see how he improves with his works going forward~
