A Cousin's Challenge by Wanda E. Brunstetter
5.0
This was a very good Amish fiction about the frustrations of having hearing loss, overcoming the challenges that come with hearing loss, and the challenge of relationships (family, friends and dating/courting). I love this series and was happy to read the last book in this series and count it for one of my Ultimate PopSugar Reading Challenge prompts. The book was well written and the characters seem to be alive, not fake. They have serious challenges to overcome and do not just pull up their bootstraps and get on with it, they truly struggle with their faith, their thoughts, doubts about themselves, God and others; and how and if they can have a spouse and meet the needs of that other person.
I highly recommend this series, but start with book one [b:A Cousin's Promise|5055957|A Cousin's Promise (Indiana Cousins, #1)|Wanda E. Brunstetter|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1441482973l/5055957._SY75_.jpg|5122572]
