This is a psychological thriller in the loosest of terms so there's murder, sex, and all that good stuff. Nothing too graphic in that sense; the truly vile bits are when our lovely protagonist, the psychopath stalker, is just plying us with his actual thoughts. Cue the misogynistic, self-entitled, pseudo-masculine bullcrap that is his constant stream-of-conscious. That's all this book is BTW -- three hundred pages of Holden Caulfield meets Patrick Bateman.
