“My Fault” by Mercedes Ron is a masterpiece, an exploration of heartache, forbidden love, and enemies who never thought they’d ever become anything more.
Rafaella and her daughter Noah moved out to LA to be with Rafaella’s new husband, the renowned lawyer/businessman William Lester and his son Nicholas. Noah is incensed to have to leave her home, her volleyball team, her best friend, as well as her boyfriend Dan but unfortunately she has no choice. Quickly upon arrival she becomes infuriated by William’s seemingly arrogant and self-obsessed son, Nicholas but before either of them know it they realize there’s more to each of them than meets the eye. They realize they’re more similar to each other than they thought, and they’ll end up needing each other more than they could have ever expected.
“My Fault” is a suspenseful and gripping read that explores the enemies to lovers dynamic in a way I’ve never seen before and I was captivated by from the start. Truly a great read, you will not want to put this book down once you pick it up.
