Bhanu and Sunny are workplace rivals who spend a week on the Hawaiian islands pretending to be a couple, and grow closer as they learn more about the truths of each other while navigating the quagmire of their increasingly intricate web of lies told to their meddling family and friends. Sajni Patel explores topics of conservationism and emotionally abusive relationships, while also creating this fun and enjoyable romance plus engaging side characters as well.
