This is the third book by Grady Hendrix that I've read, and I have to say, Grady Hendrix does a truly excellent job with writing women and some of the struggles we have to go through day to day.
As a metalhead, I was also very stoked about the fact that I knew pretty much every band, album and song referenced in this novel. This doesn't often happen, and boy, was it a good feeling.
ANYWAY. This book was great. It was really great, for a number of reasons. It was riveting. The characters were engaging, and the plot just kept steadily going.
I read this one entirely on audio, but very tempted to get my hands on the physical book after this.
