I have priorly read The way be Score by Author Tia Louise. Garrett’s story in the way we score is very different than his young brother the MMC of the way we collide. Tia Louise writes to different stories of brothers who both become unexpected fathers. Hendrix the MMC and FMC Raven who’s a meteorologist start out as a one night stand that occurs surrounding the wedding of Hendrix’s sister Hazel. Hendrix and Raven are the kind of partnership that as a reader one can route for to make it. Neither has unrealistic expectations and despite events happening in the wrong order read to find out what happens. Tia Louise’s brilliant writing balance character driven narrative with exceptional plot line from start to finish. Hendrix learns some important lessons through the story. I highly recommend the way we collide along with the entire series The Bradford Boys. Raven and Hendrix as a prefect slow burn romance due to events that happen out of order but finding love unexpectedly comes across as sweet. The important micro tropes of the way we collide are he’s to focused one her, he calls he my wife, poopy diapers, snorkel masks, hand signals from the field, naughty pantry time and she wears his jersey. Tropes to also consider as reading is one nightstand, marriage of connivence and secret baby.
