I had to read this for Intro Fiction during Freshman year of college. My first Bart class. I thought I wouldn't like it but then I started reading it and BAM! it was love. I really don't like scifi/fantasy so I hate it when people classify it as such. I think it's much more focused on human nature. I wrote my big novel paper on this book - the theme of science vs. religion being the most prevalent point. I got an A+ and probably the best written praise I've ever gotten on a paper: "best analysis of this book I've ever read." How can Cat's Cradle NOT be one of my favs after all we've been through?
