I have read Chinua Achebe intermittently since high school. Was eager to read after a Newsweek review, and doubled after I learned of Mr. Achebe's passing. I enjoyed learning more of Nigerian history and what led to the creation of Biafra. I didn't find the writing to be particularly lively, nor was there a particularly good flow. Nonetheless, an important document for a history oft-forgotten by the Western World.
