This was a feel good book, but it was OTT at times (and highly unbelievable at others;
like Edgar proposing before Carter had even said "I love you"
). The characters' traits are highly dramatized and played up (in a style similar to Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall). Not much happened in this book and I don't feel like there was much character development. However, it was a very fast paced read and (if you don't take it too seriously) it was enjoyable. Overall 2.5-3 but I rounded up on account of how fast I read it.
