Feminist Fight Club: An Office Survival Manual for a Sexist Workplace by Jessica Bennett

2.5

I really liked the idea of this book and the structure but I had issue with some of the content. Felt like there was a lot of genitals = gender but it also emphasized intersectional feminism? I thought it leaned heavily on old school gender stereotypes to lighten the mood of the book…the book which is theoretically fighting gender stereotypes? I also got the vibe that some of the recommendations to fight gender bias in the workplace was just for women to emulate men and to work even harder which I disagree with. I guess the target audience for this book is just reaaallly specific. I’m glad the book exists though.
