In this second chance romance we follow Yasmen and Josiah Wade two years after their divorce. They are trying to navigate grief, loss, and mental health problems while also co-parenting their two kids and running a restaurant business! This story was raw and real with some of the best depictions of counseling and mental health I’ve ever read. I gave if four stars only because some of the women’s fiction aspects were hard to for me to connect with since I am personally not in the phase of life that the characters are in. But overall this was a great read and I will be reading book 2 (This Could Be Us)!
P.S. I read both the physical and audio for this one and loved the audio because there is a male and female voice for the different POVs.
