Cute book, loved the boy-obsessed trope. However, sometimes the plot got lost in all of the smut/fluff and only resurfaced when convenient. A lot of the conflicts were incredibly short lived and solved within a chapter or two, so there wasn’t much build-up or tension, and the characters having a tragic backstory was used so much it became gimicky.
