I was so excited to read a Cory book, and wasn't disappointed here. Natalie got on my nerves a bit more than I wanted but all in all I loved the interaction between the few side characters that showed up. Of course we were going to see Jason and Dottie since Nat and Jason are brother and sister.
Cory got traded to the "hated" Chicago Rebels, the fierce rivals of the Bobbies, (where are other boys play, Knox and Carson) and of course the city turns on him because he grew up a Bobbies fan, and is, wait for it, actually friends of some of the players of that rival team?! WHAT?!? (Sarcasm inserted of course)
And so it goes, but they do get their HEA of course, and this one is no different in terms of laughs from Meghan.
