This book just didn't hit. I felt that it was full of a lot of fluff. The general thesis that all suffering is derived from thinking is correct AND he doesn't provide any real tools to put his suggestions into practice. So overall, it felt like a book with a lot of theory and conjecture but no real concrete action plan.
